Save a scene to keep your edits.
A scene is plain HTML, CSS and JS. CSS animations are sampled frame by frame, so time them from the start of the scene with animation-delay. Optional hooks in JS:
scene.setup = (params) => { /* build DOM once */ };
scene.render = (t, params) => { /* draw at t seconds */ };
Colours arrive as var(--c1), var(--c2), var(--bg) and the length as var(--dur); any element with data-param="title" gets the title text. Use vmin/vw units so the scene fits every size.
Limits when rendering to video: web fonts and images must be data: URLs, Date.now()/setTimeout animation is not captured, and video/iframe elements inside a scene stay blank.
Scan the code with the phone’s camera, or open this link on the other device. Pick Camera, Teleprompter or both there, then press Start.
The video goes straight from the phone to this tab; it is not uploaded anywhere. Keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi: there is no video relay server, so mobile data or strict networks may not connect. Anyone with the link can send video here while this panel’s session is open, so share it only with your own devices.
Off. The camera opens only when you enable this. The hand model (about 20 MB) loads from this site and runs in this tab; no video leaves your device.
Give a cue a gesture with its “Add trigger” menu. Hold the gesture until its bar fills; it fires once, then again only after you drop your hand and show it again. The landmarks drawn here never appear in the recording.
No cues yet. Pick something from the media bin — a rendered title scene, a music bed, a sting — and add it. Press its number key or its Fire button to play it on the stage.
The hand-gesture recogniser is the one from Triggers: a thumbs-up, an open palm or a pinch can start a title, music, a clip, a picture or a header while you record. Voice commands are next.
Optional. Scroll a script on this screen, in a window you can drag next to the camera, or on a phone. It can follow your voice so you read at your own pace. It is never in the recording.
Follow my voice uses your browser’s speech recognition. In Chrome and Edge that sends the microphone audio to Google or Microsoft to turn it into text; Safari does it on the device where it can; Firefox has none, so it scrolls at a steady speed there. Keys while this tab shows: P play/pause, ↑/↓ a line back/on, Home to the top.
